Diana Brackin, NP-C
Diana started her nursing career in 1986 as a Licensed Practical Nurse, graduating with honors from Ivy Tech Columbus. As an LPN she enjoyed working in long term and home care as well as occupational health.
In 1991 she obtained an Associates Degree in Nursing from Regents College. As an RN she continued to work in long term care and occupational health as a Case Manager.
After graduating in 2003 with a Master's of Science in Nursing as an Advanced Practice Nurse (NP) from IUPUI, Diana worked in occupational health for 3 years and then entered the field of Pain Management.
In July 2010 Diana Brackin, NP co-founded Health Centered Spine & Wellness Group with Jamie Galyen, DC and Ted Friedline, DC to offer a wide range of non-invasive interventional pain management options. The focus of this new practice is to help individuals achieve pain relief and wellness through a multi-disiplinarly team approach which includes medical care, chiropractic care, physical therapy, therapeutic massage and other modalities. Diana is skilled in managing the medical aspect of pain management including trigger point and joint injections when needed. Diana sees patients in both the Seymour and Greensburg offices.
Personally Diana enjoys playing with her grandchildren and her chihuahua Sugar. She enjoys drinking coffee and reading, as well as taking motorcycle trips on the back of their Goldwing with her husband of 33 years.
